Why do I need Authorization?
Before purchasing specific Face Reality products containing ingredients which are considered "Active", we require an acne consultation with one of our providers and an account through our online store. This acne consultation typically takes place via email correspondence and is used to educate customers on the best home-care for their skin. Once an acne consultation has been completed and a proper home care regimen determined, access to the active products may be approved. To request to be contacted by one of our skin care providers for an acne consultation, please complete the form below. If you have already received authorization and believe you are seeing this message in error, please contact us via email at support@dermspastore.com.

Your favorite skin-rejuvenating serum, now with a more sustainable way to replenish your supply!

The Plated™ INTENSE Serum Refill allows you to continue your skincare routine while reusing your existing pump and reducing unnecessary packaging. Simply replace your empty serum bottle with a fresh refill and enjoy the same powerful formula you know and love.

Important: You must already own the current version of the Plated™ INTENSE Serum with the compatible reusable pump. This refill does not include a pump and will not function properly without it.

How to Replace Your Refill

  1. Remove the safety cap from your new refill bottle.

  2. Twist the bottom of your reusable pump to detach the empty bottle.

  3. Insert the new refill bottle and twist securely into place.

  4. Place the safety cap on your empty bottle and recycle!

Same serum. Less waste. A seamless addition to your skincare routine.
