Why isn’t my promo code working?

Some promo codes are only valid for a limited time and will not work after that. Also, some promo codes cannot be combined. In most instances, only one promo code may be used per order.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once shipped, we can no longer update or alter your order in any way. In addition, you have the option to track your order using Route+! You may also refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

What if I experience an allergic reaction to a product?

When beginning a new skin care routine, skin can occasionally go through an adjustment period typically referred to as “purging”. This process can often be mistaken for an allergic reaction, especially in individuals with sensitive skin. If you have been working with a specific provider, please contact the provider so they can tailor a solution to suit your needs.
