Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our return/refund policies below. 

  • Products returned in new, undamaged, unopened condition are eligible for full purchase price refund.
  • Opened or damaged products returned for any reason will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Prescription products, such as Latisse, are ineligible for return.
  • Clearance items are all sales final and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Derm Spa Store will pay return shipping fees only in cases of fulfillment error.

You may return your purchase to one of our in-store locations within 30 days of purchase with your receipt.

You may return by mail within 30 days of purchase, by mailing a copy of your receipt along with the product(s) you are returning to:

Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please allow two weeks for your return and refund to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
