If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our return/refund policies below. 

You may return your purchase to one of our in-store locations within 30 days of purchase with your receipt.

You may return by mail within 30 days of purchase, by mailing a copy of your receipt along with the product(s) you are returning to:

Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please allow two weeks for your return and refund to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Returned products received in new, undamaged, unopened condition are eligible for full purchase price refund.

Opened or damaged products will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
