Shipping Policy

Orders placed through our store are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Our "Shipping Days" are Monday - Thursday, excluding major holidays.  Orders placed before 12pm-CST on Shipping Days, are processed and fulfilled the same day.  Any orders received after 12pm-CST on Shipping Days are processed and fulfilled on the next Shipping Day.  We do not offer any expedited shipping options. 

 IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AND SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout prior to completing your order, as input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s).

Dermspastore.com offers very low-cost shipping insurance through Route+ at the time of checkout. This insurance is selected by default and is the only coverage available for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Deselecting Route insurance means you are personally taking all risk of lost, stolen, or damaged packages/products.

Beyond the protection offered through Route insurance, Dermspastore.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Dermapastore.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
