Why do I need Authorization?
Before purchasing specific Face Reality products containing ingredients which are considered "Active", we require an acne consultation with one of our providers and an account through our online store. This acne consultation typically takes place via email correspondence and is used to educate customers on the best home-care for their skin. Once an acne consultation has been completed and a proper home care regimen determined, access to the active products may be approved. Shipping

Orders placed through our store are shipped in the order in which they are received. 

Our "Shipping Days" are Monday - Thursday, excluding major holidays. 

Orders placed before 12pm-CST on Shipping Days, are processed and fulfilled the same day.  Any orders received after 12pm-CST on Shipping Days are processed and fulfilled on the next Shipping Day. 

We do not offer any expedited shipping options. 

Returns

Products can be returned in new, undamaged, unopened condition to be eligible for full purchase price refund.

Opened or damaged products returned for any reason will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Prescription and clearance products are ineligible for return.

Derm Spa Store will pay return shipping fees only in cases of fulfillment error
