Directions

Shipping

Orders placed through our store are shipped in the order in which they are received. 

Our "Shipping Days" are Monday - Thursday, excluding major holidays. 

Orders placed before 12pm-CST on Shipping Days, are processed and fulfilled the same day.  Any orders received after 12pm-CST on Shipping Days are processed and fulfilled on the next Shipping Day. 

We do not offer any expedited shipping options. 

Returns

Products can be returned in new, undamaged, unopened condition to be eligible for full purchase price refund.

Opened or damaged products returned for any reason will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Prescription and clearance products are ineligible for return.

Derm Spa Store will pay return shipping fees only in cases of fulfillment error

I tried a sample of this product and ended up ordering the full size before finishing the sample. This product is incredible! It applies smoothly and works beautifully under concealer/makeup. I have noticed a significant improvement in my fine lines and my under eye area seems much brighter after only a few weeks of using this product. I apply morning and night. A little goes a long way! I will never go without this product!!
